Reframing ADHD: A Strength, Not a Weakness

It’s easy to focus on the hard parts of ADHD—impulsivity, distraction, emotional ups and downs. But every challenge has a flip side. With the right support, understanding, and encouragement, your child’s ADHD traits can become their greatest strengths.

ADHD is not "too much"—and no one news to be "fixed"—they must be understood and celebrated.
