ADHD Coaching

Feeling overwhelmed, struggling with focus, or finding it hard to stay motivated?

Whether you’re an adult with ADHD or a parent supporting a child, coaching can help bring more clarity, confidence, and ease to daily life. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies tailored to your unique challenges—so you can navigate life in a way that works for you.

I support clients with focus and attention, time management, emotional regulation, impulsivity, procrastination, self-esteem, social challenges, overwhelm, and finding balance in work, school, and family life.

What is ADHD Life Coaching ?

ADHD coaching is all about working together to help you (or your child) understand your unique brain, figure out what works for you, and build on your strengths.

It’s practical, down-to-earth support for things like focus, time management, emotional ups and downs, and self-confidence—without the pressure to ‘fix’ anything.

Whether you're an adult navigating life, a parent supporting your child, or someone just exploring ADHD, coaching gives you the tools and confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

How does ADHD Coaching work?

Our first step is often getting clear on what you want to be different by the end of our time together. Many clients come with an idea of the issue to resolve but sometimes our conversations unearth all sorts of other things! The key is we are always moving and learning and staying curious - and always led by you.

Through my listening and questioning, I’ll help you uncover strengths you may not have seen in yourself, find tools to navigate challenges and keep you on track for what matters to you.

This isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about working with your brain, building confidence, and creating a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
