How does coaching work?

Our first session is about getting clear on where you are now and what you’d love to be different.

Coaching is client-led, meaning you decide the focus, and I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you in a way that helps you grow.

I’ll notice strengths you might not see, offer tools to navigate obstacles, and help you create real, lasting change. It’s not about ‘fixing’ anything—it’s about moving forward in a way that feels right for you.
