What is Coaching?

It’s based on the understanding that you, regardless of your age, are the expert in your own life. You know your experiences, dreams, and challenges better than anyone else. My role as a coach is to support you in uncovering those insights, guiding you toward clarity, and helping you create actionable steps to move forward.
I’m not here to provide answers or tell you what to do—instead, I bring my expertise in coaching to ask powerful questions, offer new perspectives, and create a safe space for self-discovery.
